How to install wall cladding?

Step1:Draw a line horizontally on the wall at a distance of 40cm, and mark it every 40cm in the horizontal direction.Mark at 2.5cm above the intersection of the two lines, where the pre-drilling position is located.Step2:Drilling holes at the marks and fix in the white expansion tube.Step3:After cutting the joists, place it in align with the wall horizontal line.Mark the joist where the place is parallel to the pre-drilling holes, pre-drill at the mark, and then drive the expansion screws.Step4:Fix the bottom edge trim.Step5:Fix the first wall panel to the joist and install the remaining wall panels in turn.When the left site is not enough to put a whole decking, it can be cut according to the desired size to finish installation. Step6:Install side and top edge trims.Learn about installing HOHEcotech WPC wall cladding by checking out our Installation Guide video.https://youtu.be/02u5O7ehaQQ?si=7cUOh0Ocsry1hCnx

How to install wpc decking?

Step 1:Install the joist on the cement floor, and the gap between two adjacent joists is no more than 35cm.When the decking is to an end, please use two joists and gap between them is at least 5mm.Step 2:Install the first decking.Side-to-side gap between boards, End-to-end gap between boards, End-to-object gap is at least 5mm.Step 3: After pre-drilling on the joists, install the fasteners.Fix one fastener into the side slot, and then push another decking to the fasteners.Or slide the SY plastic fastener into the side slot and fix them with screws,Repeat this step to the end.When the left site is not enough to put a whole decking, it can be cuted according to the desired size to finish installation. Does Co-extrusion have a warranty?

There is a 20 year limited residential warranty and 10 year limited commercial warranty. The most comprehensive warranty in the industry.

Can you use hidden fasteners with Co-extrusion?

Co-extrusion decking has grooved boards that accept a hidden fastener system. The TC clip system has a 5mm gap and the MG system has a 1mm gap.

How does heat affect Co-extrusion?

Co-extrusion heat retention is better than that of wood decking. Co-extrusion is used and performs as intended worldwide in countries with extreme heat conditions including Africa and Dubai.

Is Co-extrusion impervious to mould?

Co-extrusion has mould inhibitors that prevent it growing on the inside of the board. Surface mould can still happen but this can be easily wiped clean and it will never penetrate Co-extrusion premium shield.

Does Co-extrusion work like wood?

You can cut, nail, drill, screw and rout Co-extrusion with standard woodworking tools. The density of Co-extrusion is greater than wood so we recommend using a carbide tipped blade.

Does composite decking cost more than timber decking?

In the short term composite decking will cost more than a wooden deck. However, a wooden deck will require maintenance such as oiling or painting every year to keep it looking good. Co-extrusion is nearly maintenance free and has a longer life span than regular decking.

How durable is Co-extrusion?

Years of engineering was spent to ensure the correct blend of components went into Co-extrusion. We are confident in the product and its long lasting performance so we have backed it with the most comprehensive warranty in the industry.

Will colour fade because of the sun?

Hundreds of hours of direct UV testing has left minimal change to the colour of Co-extrusion composite boards.

How strong is Co-extrusion?

Is Co-extrusion low maintenance?

Co-extrusion’s premium shield encapsulates the board in an impermeable layer of protection. This makes Co-extrusion stain and fade resistant. The boards are waterproof so only sweeping and cleaning off debris and dirt is required for upkeep; ultra low maintenance and easily wiped clean.

Is Co-extrusion environmentally friendly?

Our products are made from 95% recycled materials, including clear plastic bottles and reclaimed wood fibers. We’re reduced our carbon footprint through waste reduction, energy conservation and a vertically integrated manufacturing process.
