A: Our factory will be closed for the Chinese New Year from February 8 to February 15, 2024. Our team will return to work with full spirit to welcome a brand New Year.

2. Q: Is there any customer service during the holiday?

A: Yes, of course. While we will do our best to support you, please understand that delays may occur. Any orders will be accepted but will not be processed until the first business day after the Spring Festival. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
